This enables a PPL pilot to fly in night conditions under VFR conditions.But you have to double-check the national flying rules in the different countries, because they differ!
Requirements:
Valid PPL license
Training:
5 hours flight training in night conditions with an instructor. 5 touch and go´s as solo flights and with in this touch and goes you have to leave once the traffic circuit.

Rental according to the aircraft you choose, see Charter.
39.-€ for the instructor and the landing fees.
This additional qualification will be added by the CAA to your licence.
